Barbecued spring lamb with anchovies (Andrew)

Stuffed tomatoes with basil and something (Di)

 

Lemon tart (Julie)

Fresh fruit and cheese (Julie)

Some tiny delights to serve with coffee (sounds like Kevin’s specialty)

 

 

Irene and Kevin:

I have been thinking about a spring theme and will add these to the general stew pot – rice paper “spring rolls” with lots of young veggies and perhaps a goat’s cheese.  Anything asparagus, of course.  I usually think of strawberries as a summer fruit but there are lots in the markets – so I leave it up to you all – we will be glad to make whatever you think best.  At this point honey and lemon anything is a treat.
